Payment information processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe and Zelle — we do not store full card details on our servers
Course content, video materials, product details, images, logos, scripts, and other files you voluntarily provide for your project
Communications sent to us via email, direct message, or contact forms
SMS consent provided when submitting forms that include a phone number field

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL
Pages visited, time spent on pages, and interactions with our website
Cookie and tracking data collected through our website and GHL-powered platform
1c. Information From Third-Party Platforms
When you connect your Instagram or WhatsApp account to the Luxe Beauty AI system, we receive access to your messaging data solely for the purpose of operating the AI messaging system on your behalf
When you grant access to your Meta Business Manager for ad campaign management, we receive data related to your ad account, campaign performance, and audience insights solely for the purpose of managing your campaigns
We do not retain Meta or Instagram data beyond what is necessary to operate and maintain the agreed service
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide, deliver, and manage the services you have purchased or enrolled in
To process payments and send invoices and receipts
To communicate project updates, scheduling, revisions, and delivery information
To operate and maintain the Luxe Beauty AI marketing system on your behalf, including managing Meta ad campaigns and the AI messaging system connected to your Instagram and WhatsApp
To send SMS messages related to your project, booking, or subscription, where you have provided SMS consent
To send marketing emails or promotional content — you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly
To improve our website, services, and client experience
To respond to inquiries, support requests, and collaboration applications

3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Luxe House Media form, you consent to receive text messages from Luxe House Media related to your project, booking, subscription, or service updates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Video editing and production software vendors
These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies.
5b. Legal Requirements

5c. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Luxe House Media's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change via email or prominent notice on our website.
6. Luxe Beauty AI — Data and Ad Account Access
When you enroll in Luxe Beauty AI, you grant Luxe House Media limited access to your Meta Business Manager, ad account, Instagram account, and WhatsApp Business account for the sole purpose of managing your marketing system. The following applies:
We access your ad account solely to create, manage, monitor, and optimize your campaigns as part of the agreed service
We access your Instagram and WhatsApp messaging through the GHL integration solely to operate the AI messaging system on your behalf
We do not use your ad account data, messaging data, or audience data for any purpose other than operating your agreed LBAI service
Upon cancellation of your LBAI subscription, we will remove our access to your Meta Business Manager and ad account within a reasonable timeframe
You retain full ownership of your Meta Business Manager, ad account, Instagram profile, and WhatsApp account at all times
Campaign performance data, audience insights, and ad account data generated during your subscription may be retained by Meta in accordance with Meta's own privacy policy
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have engaged us for and to comply with our legal obligations. Specific retention practices include:
Project files and deliverables: available for download for 15 business days from the delivery date, after which they are permanently deleted
Client contact information and communications: retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes
Payment records and invoices: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
Luxe House Courses platform data: retained for the duration of the active hosting subscription, plus 30 days after cancellation, after which account data may be permanently deleted
LBAI system data: system configurations and automation data are retained for the duration of the active subscription and removed upon cancellation
Marketing and inquiry data: retained until you opt out or request deletion
8. Collaboration Content and Participant Privacy
When you participate in a content collaboration with Luxe House Media as a makeup artist, hairstylist, or model, the following applies:
Photos, videos, and other content produced during collaborations are owned by Luxe House Media and may be used for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consent requirements beyond your initial participation agreement
Your name, Instagram handle, and likeness may appear in collaboration posts and marketing materials
You may request removal of specific content featuring your likeness by contacting us directly, and we will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure access controls, encrypted file storage, and limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
